Bachelor's degree (any discipline), Master's in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent preferred. Experience in hostel/residential management (3-5 years preferred). Strong command of Hindi and English. Empathy and counseling skills for young women. Knowledge of student welfare, discipline, and administrative procedures.
